As one of the leaders for our local MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) group, I decided to create our decorations and table center pieces. Of course, I involved my children! They love to help, to create, and it teaches them to have a servants heart.

What You'll Need
- Candle holder from Dollar Tree
- Artificial Carnation flowers from Dollar Tree
- Square foam flower block from Dollar Tree
- E6000 glue from Michaels Craft Store
1.Cut the foam in more of a sphere shape
2. Using the E6000, glue the foam onto the top of the candle holder

3. Ask your children, if age appropriate, to help remove the tags from the artificial flowers.
4. Remove the flower itself from the stem and throw stems into the garbage.

5. Have your child help you by pushing the bottom of the flowers into the foam sphere.
You may decide to use the glue and secure the flowers a bit more. (the glue should not be used by children)

I absolutely love watching their faces when they've helped on a project!
Sometimes we want to rush through our "To-Do's" but when we slow down and watch through the eyes of our little ones, we can truly appreciate the little moments.
